Include shaper engine for open type layouts and support Latin transformations as well as Arabic fonts.
We also have done some refactoring of the layout engine and simplified the whole structure and removed some old overhead.
There is not more inner/outer width/height for a box. That information can be obtained form the padding / border values if required.
